We go through the schedule, the shots you need, and where the finished work will be used. Coverage hours, deliverables, and delivery dates are agreed before filming.

02 / During the event

Work around the event.

We coordinate with your team and follow the agreed priorities, leaving room for unplanned moments. Any interviews or staged shots are arranged around the running schedule.

03 / After the event

Edit, review, deliver.

We edit the agreed films and photographs, gather your feedback, and prepare the final files for the uses we planned together.

From $1,500

Coverage of a shorter event, with a recap film and selected vertical edits.

02 / Multi-day event

Typically $5,000–$8,000

Coverage across multiple days, edited into a main event film and shorter pieces for social.

03 / Additional production needs

Custom quote

For events that need more crew, wider coverage, or edits delivered during the event.

Options can include:
  • Daily recap edits or rush delivery
  • Extended hours or multiple locations
  • An additional shooter or more finished edits

What your quote includes

Short and multi-day projects include one revision round. Your quote confirms coverage hours, crew, deliverables, and delivery dates before filming begins.
